'This is an amazing house! Beautifully decorated, lots of space, comfortable and perfect for getting away from crowds of people. The secluded location was lovely. We stayed here with our 3 kids. During the day, we visited the busy areas of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains (all about an hour away). 'Sally was a wonderful host. The cabin was so cozy and adorable. Having our coffee on the porch in the morning was the perfect way to start the day. I had never been to the area before so Sally made some nice suggestions. We stopped by Davey Crockett park which was a very interesting and very pretty stroll. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the Limestone or Jonesborough area.'

'This was our second visit to Idle Hour Farm. It was fun exploring the property. Used the fireplace on cool crisp mornings we are early risers. I was formerly raised in Tennessee. The log house reminded me of my grandparents log house of days gone by ruined by fire. Love pd sitting on the rockers on the front porch. We even saw a wild turkey doing a walk about. 'It was filled with rustic charm and modern amenity made to look rustic. They provided plenty of sheets, Quilts, towels, and bathrobes. Beds for 5 to sleep comfortably and a rollaway or couch for extra. Very relaxing, close enough to local shops and towns. We had a good time.'
