Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '

'More than we ever expected! Everything was thought out, ameneties are provided (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, q-tips, wipes, skin care, etc) Breakfast was safe as a person with peanut/nut allergies, every allergen is identified, made life easier. Staff is so kind and nice. They held out luggage after checking out. We took a free shuttle offered by the hotel to get to Kawaguchiko station. Very helpful,'

'Hotel is prima met een heel fijn zwembad en goede shuttlebussen waar je wel afhankelijk van bent want in de omgeving is verder niets op loopafstand. Voor een vakantieganger misschien toch iets te formeel en bij de receptie spreken ze niet allemaal begrijpelijk engels. '
