'Restaurant staff were exceptionally attentive and sweet. They were really excited to serve the clients and smile at the same time. Front desk was attentive and accommodative. Food was spread was good although I wish there was more South Indian in the room order menu. Food was tasty. Landry staff was prompt and courteous. My stay of 5 days was really good.'

'The bed I stayed in the first night did not have clean sheets nor were the pillow covers clean. I placed my overcloth over the pillow. The hot water geyser was leaking and there was no hot water. The door kept getting jammed and I found it very difficult to open and close the doors. Also, a maintenance guy kept asking me for my remote control for the room next door. I refused. When I arrived it was after a very long journey and I was too exhausted to deal with changing rooms.
Alas, the next...

'Hotel located in Moscow financial centre at the Afimall shopping mall and close to 3 metro station, that allows to easy get the centre of Moscow by metro.
The big shopping centre next door is great to get some basics for the day to explore the city (water, snacks)
Very clean and spacious room with big windows and lots of light coming in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Prices are reasonable here (it still is Moscow after all). There might be more romantic and more luxurious...

'
Food is good and a nice pool area.
Accommodation is very disappointing. We stayed in the apartment wing. Corridors are shabby with stained carpets and damaged doors. A fire door was left ajar ( using piece of cardboard) which is a safety violation. The fittings in the room were worn out and shabby. Air conditioning vents have not been cleaned for ages. Certainly not worth the Euro 300 per night. Quality more befitting a 3 star
accommodation. Maybe its time the top managers start doing a walk...
