CYCLING
Christchurch is a city of renewal and this forward thinking has made cycling an integral part of its public transport system..

CAR RENTAL
All the major car rental and camper-van companies are located inside the international Arrival halls at the airport.

Some other rental car operators provide a pick up and drop off transfer shuttle service to their depot for pre booked clients.

BUSES
The new Bus interchange is located on the corner of Lichfield st and Colombo st,Christchurch central.
Bus exchange 10 mins walk .There are 26 bus lines servicing all of Christchurch and all of them stop at the bus interchange.

Check in is available from 3pm .Door pad with self check in online .Self check in will be sent to you three days before arrival.
Please advise your check in time when booking.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
