The kitchen is a standout, featuring benchtops, quality appliances, a gas cooktop, double fridge, and generous pantry space. A large island bench makes meal prep easy, while the dining area comfortably seats the group and flows seamlessly into the living space.



A lounge provides an additional area to relax, ideal for movie nights, kids’ entertainment, or quiet downtime. Board games and family friendly touches make this home especially welcoming for longer stays.



The home offers four beautifully styled bedrooms, including family friendly options with bunk beds and themed décor. Two modern bathrooms feature elegant finishes, walk in tiled showers, and a freestanding bathtub for a touch of luxury.



Outside, enjoy a private patio and lawn area with a trampoline for kids and a spa pool for adults to relax and unwind. This space is perfect for enjoying fresh air, soaking in the spa, or spending time together outdoors.



Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, plus parking for two vehicles (one inside the garage and one outside). Free street parking is also available, and guests are kindly asked to be mindful of neighbours.

Getting around is simple, with easy road access to central Christchurch and nearby suburbs. Public transport options are available nearby, and driving into the city centre typically takes around 15–20 minutes.
