Downstairs features a relaxed living space with a double sofa bed, a dining table that seats six, and a private outdoor area with table and chairs — ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The full kitchen includes everything you need — a Nespresso machine, plunger, teas, hot chocolate, sugar, oil, salt, and sweet treats. There’s also a separate toilet on the ground floor for added convenience.

Enjoy the convenience of a washer/dryer combo, with laundry powder provided. The upstairs full bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can pack light.

🚗 Parking & Entry
There’s a single garage suitable for small to medium vehicles only. If your vehicle doesn’t fit, please park on the street and do not park in front of the garage. Entry is via a lockbox for easy, contactless access.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including the key lock box code and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

City Sounds – This townhouse is located in a vibrant city setting, close to roads and intersections, so you'll hear the typical sounds of city life—like people walking by, cars passing, and the occasional siren.

Closing the windows helps create a much quieter indoor space, and for light sleepers, we recommend bringing along earplugs just in case. Thanks for understanding and embracing the energy of urban living!
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
