'Fantastic Hotel with great big rooms and a great welcoming staff. The Hotel is in de middle of the CBD and really walkable to anything, not to Liziba metro.'

'Vriendelijk personeel, gevarieerd ontbijt. Heel gemakkelijk'

'Shops and some sightseeing sights within walking distance. Friendly staff! Dislike- lobby is not located in 1st floor.'

'There was no TV in room except for AV, which was bad and request for fees although hotel staff claimed otherwise. On 4 Nov 2026 night, loud talking unruly local guests disrupted the peace but hotel Mgr was unable to mitigate the situation, which dragged for over an hour! Standard had dropped including an unfriendly mid age female receptionist. Hope hotel management will remedy the situation.'

'Great location, but I would not recommend this hotel. The elevators are slow and one was broken. The room only has power while your keycard is in the slot, so everything shuts off when you leave. That was infuriating and exhausting. I'm a paying guest, and I didn't opt into saving a few cents of electricity. The room itself was filthy. The floors were exceptionally dirty and the sheets had a blood stain on them. Shower towels were left by the bathtub, so I kept forgetting them and had to walk...

'The service in China is the best in the world!'

'Friendly and helpful staff , room is clean, nice location close to everything you need but you just need to get ready to walk'

'有點年代的飯店，地點很棒，早餐豐富，C/P值高，推薦要到觀音橋商業區的旅人入住'

'Close to everywhere. 24 hr gym and washer/dryer are really bonuses.'

'Good location Good hotel. Spacious rooms.'

'Chambres propres, staff hyper réactif et gentil'

'Great hotel. The location was amazing, I mean it was right next to the biggest mall and you get to stay in such an iconic building! You do have to pay to access the observation deck which I found kind of odd given we were residents of the hotel...Also the hotel breakfast was just okay and decent (I found that the options were more continental, less chinese, which is what I usually prefer).'

'Great location, shopping mall downstairs, friendly staff'

'The hotel was amazing!! a great experience. It was a bit far but the hotel is a 5 Star experience! It was really worth the stay! ❤️ Thank you! 😊 The Free Breakfast was awesome!'

'Very good hotel'
