The condominium is located in Chiuro, a quiet town just 10 minutes by car from Sondrio, easily reachable from the ring road. There is a private parking with a gate. The accommodation consists of lounge, kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, corridor, entrance and bathroom. Just two minutes walk from the train station and bus stop.
It is a few minutes away from some bars, bakery, dairy, restaurant with typical dishes, pastry shop and grocery store. There is also a shopping center in Sondrio, a cinema multiplex, a gym, the school campus, a church, the sports hall, a swimming pool, tennis courts, typical restaurants, bank branches, petrol stations and a large hypermarket.
The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for cooking. Also includes sponges and detergents for washing dishes and utensils. For those wishing we offer tea and coffee bags for breakfast. The living room is equipped with a large TV and a comfortable multi-seater sofa. The rooms are equipped with sheets, duvets, blankets and pillows. The bathroom is also equipped with every comfort.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. If you look out the windows as a distant view you will have our beautiful mountains and just outside a well-kept garden and a vegetable garden directly managed by the owner of the house. In the village you will find a sports center with a large athletics track, a famous dairy with all our typical products, vintage wine houses, pizzerias and restaurants, typical shops, many paths to do on foot among the vineyards, bars, bakeries , a patisserie, a supermarket and many grocery stores. There is also a bank counter and a petrol station near the accommodation.
You will find many typical restaurants that cook our specialties (sciatt, pizzocheri, polenta taragna, tagliatelle, chisciol, bresaola and various salami, game and local wines).
The best places to eat traditional and buy typical products is in the smaller villages. :)
Just 2 minutes walk you can find the railway station of Ponte in Valtellina which will take you comfortably to Sondrio. Always near the station you will find various bus stops indicated by the appropriate signs.
