'Amazing stay!'

'It was amazing seeing all the different birds from their restaurant patio. I saw way more kinds of birds including two tucans from here than from the actual birds watching tours. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Nice city view too. '

'El ruido del karaoke que tienen en el bar no te va a dejar dormir si tienes el sueño liviano. Los chicos se esmeran en dar un buen servicio con los recursos que tienen, simplemente no hay una preparación o formación adecuada para proyectarlo, por ejemplo el que hayan pelos por toda la habitación y que uno del staff empiece a cortarse las uñas en frente de las habitaciones son imágenes que contrastan con la apariencia de limpieza y buen equipamiento que tiene la habitación.'

'The Best Western Zima Hotel was the best hotel on our journey!! Thanks to the staff, the manager Rico and Santiago, we felt really at home and welcome. They made extra efforts to help us with everything we needed. Our visacard didn't work the first day, everybody was so kind and they really helped us!! Also everybody from the staff made extra efforts to care and help us with any question or wish we had!! And everything with a big smile!! '

'If you are looking for a remote place to get away for a bit this is the place. Very basic, but all you need. Owners are some of the nicest people you will ever meet!'

'Zeer plezierig. We misten alleen stoelen / zitgelegenheid in de kamer. Omdat het vrij koud werd, kwam s' avonds iemand langs om de verwarming aan te doen en werden twee warme kruiken gebracht.'

'Aan het einde van een zeer smalle weg met slechte wegdek hoog in de bergen vind je een zeer luxueus spa resort met een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en dinerbuffet.'

'Overall excellent. Only (minor) problem was that the first night was pretty cold, and there was no heat in the room. The second night the host provided a ceramic electric heater and that made the cabin very cosy.'
