Stayed here with a group of friends for 2 nights. The pictures undersell how much space and how nice this house is. You even have a 2-car garage, plus a parking space. Overall great for a few night's stay and good for family/friend groups.

We were a group of 5 adult family members (Ages 24-63) and stayed for 7 days for a family vacation in mid June. “At the Water’s Edge” was beautiful and looked even better than the pictures! We loved sitting out on the decks looking at the water, birds, boats etc. It was so peaceful and stunning! The place was immaculately clean and the beds so comfortable. Check in and out were simple and the key pad so easy. We had a couple very minor issues with a stuck lock and empty propane when we first got there, but the realty company was so quick to respond and send maintenance right over. We had a great time and were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again. Don’t miss it!

My Mom, Aunt and I have a yearly girls trip to somewhere we have never been before. This place did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for all three of us. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, feeling the breeze and fresh air. Very clean and comfortable. Chincoteague is a very cute little town with unique shopping places and plenty to do outside. We ventured over to the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and was able to view the wild horses. Pretty amazing watching them in their natural habitat. I would definitely recommend this particular home to friends and family if they come visit this area.

We had a great stay at this property on Marsh Island Good location, only 7 mins to the beach and 5 mins to Main Street. Very good view of the the small town Chincoteague over the water. We will definitely book again

Overall check in went well; however, later that evening we returned from dinner to discover someone had entered the unit leaving evidence of their presence. We were frightened & disturbed by the unknown entry that no one could explain. We believe the checkin code WAS NOT changed from previous/renters. There is much more to this incident, but I’m thankful to say we stayed and enjoyed family time in this beautiful unit. The property manager/staff responded quickly to the incident detailed above and other concerns that came up during our stay; they were friendly and professional. The views from the unit are amazing; the 3 flights of stairs were unexpected - they may have been noted- I don’t recall, but my husband and mother tackled them like rock stars. The pictures are on point and showcase the unit accurately. Our first visit to Chincoteague; we will return , not to this property bc of stairs, if you’re good with the flight of stairs which meet you at entry and take you up to the main floor and the bedrooms two more flights up , this place is lovely.

Chincoteague island was lovely and the townhouse was close to everything while still very quiet. There were some fruit flies when we first arrived but other than that our stay was great and the views of the water were amazing.

Our week long stay in Chincoteague was absolutely perfect and I am so glad we stayed here. The house was wonderful - well equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area and the views were outstanding. We are looking for our dates for next year!

Very peaceful place to just relax. The only thing to be mindful of is the included linens. The listing doesn't mention it is only one towel per person, which isn't enough when you go with kids. Other than that it was an awesome place.

The property was very clean, well furnished and extremely well kept. We could not have asked for anything more. We were hesitant to book this property as last year we had stayed in Virginia Beach at a rental and it was awful. We are so pleased we made this choice and are planning to return.

A rainy weekend. However, we made the best of it. We explored Chincoteaque Island and walked the Pony trail before leaving for home. We brought plenty of reading, played games that were in the house and caught up on much needed sleep during the height of the storm. Saturday was the best weather day for exploring and we found our way to Ocean City and Berlin, MD. The house was warm and quiet. Beds were comfortable and we had enough room to spread out. One comment by our daughter is for a chair in the room with the bunk beds. She is an avid reader and would have welcomed a cozy chair. Highly recommend for a recharging weekend.
