'This was our second stay. In all honestly, there were some major disappointments about our first, including being overcharged, which led to a frustrating dispute where they refused to acknowledge the error; Expedia eventually refunded us. I only booked this second stay because the property is extremely convenient to where we needed to be. I kept an eagle eye out this time, and all of those disappointments were reversed. Comfortable stay, great service, accurate billing. We’ll be back. '

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '

'De ligging is er mooi. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn prima en voldoende groot maar erg gehorig. Als de buren de douchedeur dicht laten vallen trilt de hele kamer. Dit zou eenvoudig op te lossen zijn met twee nopjes per deur waardoor deze wat zachter dicht slaat. '

'Parking was easy and secure. Hotel is in a great location. Excellent restaurant. I had the Deluxe Twin room. Great for a shorter stay. Modern and clean. This hotel is like a lot of these newer hotels where the room space is more efficient. There is no closet, dresser or refrigerator, but plenty of places to hang your stuff. Nice staff. Loved the breakfast. Practically next door to the Red Line subway Porter Square stop. Close to Davis Square as well, and the whole area is safe and walkable. '
