'The style and Chilean art and local wool covers made this hotel unique The comfort of the room and the variety of foods provided was a pleasant environment to unwind. The owner of the hotel was on site and gracious and helpful to us . The concierge, Christian was helpful and ever so thoughtful to our needs. Would return on a heartbeat.'

'No frills hostel that's a pretty good value. It's a hostel but there are no dorms, all the rooms are private with a shared bath. The place was very clean the rooms are a bit worn. The breakfast was OK but nothing spectacular. Cereal, bread, ham cheese, and there was a kuchen every day. No eggs, yogurt, pancakes or anything fancy.except the kuchen. There is one parking space available on a first come first served basis. Parking can be difficult to find during high season. There is a parking lot...

'Not very attractive hotel: rooms are very, very small and very, very dark. Hotel needs big, big renovation. Hotel is in a very bad condition, but has a lot of potential. Location is excellent, at the fort. Walkabele distance to port and town center. Breakfast is simple. This is supposed to be the best hotel in Ancud ........... poor Ancud!'
