'The property was just as described. Two bedrooms, 1 bath, a livingroom and kitchen/dining area. It was clean and furnished. Beds were comfortable. The Murphy bed allows for extra sleeping space but that bed is not as comfortable. Best for kids or 1 adult. The property faces a busy street but has a back entrance and on site parking. The property is located in Surrey an upscale suburb of Vancouver. Less than 3 kilometers from the Skytrain. We rented a car but also used Skytrain to explore the...

'The basement suite was clean, open with nice high ceilings and bright with big full size windows. Both bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was fenced and perfect for our small dog.'

'The place was perfect for me and my friends to just hang out during the weekend . Plenty of space for everyone . Hot tub was always warm , bbq was a little old but worked great . Kitchen was well equipped with all utensils necessary. Beds were very comfortable and clean . Would recommend to anyone .
