'Hotel ligt in buurt die vanaf uur of 16 een en al gezelligheid is. Pleintje met Terrasjes aan de overkant van hotel, muzikanten op straat en kleine braderie. Hotel zelf is oase van rust, erg nette kamers en voor ons na lange vlucht heerlijke plek om bij te komen. Balie personeel heel erg behulpzaam.'

'The hotel is in a really nice part of Valparaiso with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-lit. The bathroom was also quite big and the shower was really nice. The staff were super helpful and gave us lots of information about the area and places to visit. The rooftop terrace is lovely with excellent views. '

'We had a wonderful short stay here, we arrived before check-in but the front desk staff were so helpful in letting us store our bags until we could go to our rooms. The curtains in the room are complete black-out, which made for a very comfortable sleep. The daily breakfast supplies in the fridge that requires you to cook your eggs yourself was perfect for us, we had a fantastic breakfast without leaving the room. 'Very nice hotel the only issue is the room needs to be upgraded. Wall paper coming off the wall, tv only had 1 working channel and the power cord was hanging out the socket which is not very safe. Kitchen floor was also sticky when we arrived so we had to go ask the receptionist on the 9th floor to have someone come mop. '
