We went for some lovely walks and the kids loved playing in the garden. The house had everything you could possibly need! I couldn’t fault it at all! 'A very pretty location on a quiet road. We arrived in four cars and were able to park easily avoiding the adjacent farm entrance. On entering, the hall, living area and kitchen put an immediate smile on faces. Bedrooms all very appealing too. Every house should have a library snug like this! 'We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a convenient location, 15 min walk to West Wittering beach. Great pub across the road. Bright spacious lounge and kitchen with an outdoor patio. Clean and tidy rooms. The hot water stopped working while we were there but it was solved promptly.'

'Beautiful house and location right on the beach. There are limited food options in the area is the only thing but lots of fish and chip shops and indian take aways. Really helpful property managers when we couldnt work the heating as well! We had two dogs and had beautiful walks along the coast.'

The house is as described. the bed in the main bedroom the only one we used was very comfortable. Despite being horrible weather the house was always warm and the heating was easy to control. 'Beautiful views and directly opposite beach. Although advertised as suitable for 8, very pokey for so many people. Bannister came off the wall within 10 minutes of arrival when I brushed against it as I went up the stairs informed hosts immediately and was told they were away on holiday so couldn’t repair it. Imagine my shock when I was charged £500 for towels being damaged and linen and damage to wall……. Been on holidays for the last 15 years and never been charged.'

'I recently stayed in this property with a group of old friends and we had an amazing weekend. The house was beautiful and the bedrooms were very comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for everybody. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants and shops etc and yet at night time it was very quiet. I would definitely rebook! Thank you x'

It lived up to that and much more, even in the cold wet weather the location and home was perfect, We was kept very warm and Cosy in this property it really was home for home. We have tried many properties in selsey over the years and this is the best unique home we have found! Deffo recommend staying in this very rear home.'
