'So much is right here, from decor to food to personnel, so that it was hard to understand why such a hotel is stillstuck in the Holiday-Inn past with its ac system blasting cold air in noisily. I want quiet so that I can sleep, I do not want a draft and I do not want a cold room, not in the least because this destroys the planet.'

'This property is centrally located and amazing to stay at. We had to visit for Medical Reasons so it is walking distance to Methodist Medical Center and also Texas Children’s Hospital. The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The room was very clean and comfortable. '

'The accommodations were pleasant and well-maintained. The door had a slight gap, allowing some light from the hallway to enter; however, overall, the room exceeded my expectations. A downside was that the cleaning staff did not initially attend to the disposal of the trash, which required three requests over the course of two days before it was addressed. During our four-day stay, the accumulation of refuse became a concern. Breakfast was great each day, and staff exceeded my expectations. '
