The Space:
The property is based in Chester City Centre, only a short walk to Chester Racecourse and Chester Railway Station being only one street away.

All beds are normally configured in single configuration, unless otherwise specified, and in some instances where arranged in advance some of the singles can be combined into a double set.

The property is split across the first and second floor of the building. The lounge area has a U-shaped sofa and TV together with a built in sofa bed. 

The kitchen is equipped for short-stay purposes with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven and small hob.

The bedrooms can accommodate two to six people in each with a combination of single beds, double beds and upper bunks.

Each bedroom can easily accommodate four plus people.

Once booked, a rental contract is sent for electronic signature. The property is free for self-check-in from 3pm with alternative check-in and check-out arrangements possible depending on availability. 

The property includes CCTV cameras on outside and communal areas which are not actively monitored but do record.
