'Friendly suggestionsClean the patio, remove some of the worn rugs, wipe down back wall with all the cob webs/dead bugs, remove very badly torn screen, bed sheets in master never stayed on mattress kept coming off, remove torn coach pillows, the front door cover the old key pad.We will come back for sure. Love the location and your very thoughtful and detailed communication during the entire process.'

'We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Sandbridge condo! The space was spotless, fully stocked with everything we needed, and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. There was plenty of room for our group of four to relax comfortably. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything. Communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!'

'The area of Sanbridge is so quaint and calm. The location of the condo was well placed in the area, allowing us to enjoy the sound and the ocean. Waking up and being able to walk ten steps to the pool to enjoy my coffee was a great way to start each morning. The beach was clean and easy to camp out on all day. We came back every day for a refreshing swim and even stayed until the pool closed. The condo slept 7 of us very comfortably, still leaving a few empty beds. We should have brought more...

'Property was exceptional. The kitchen was equipped with all new appliances. There was cooking pots and pans for everything you might want to cook. Washer and dryer new Maytags and the TVs were extremely large and in living room and every bedroom. I do wish there had been a walk-in shower on one of the bathrooms as we are elderly and unable to use the big high tubs. What really made the property so exceptional was the view of the water and how close to the beach the unit is. Just fantastic....

'We had a very nice stay and it was amazing to be right in the beach. The managers were very responsive and attended to any issue we may have brought up right away. You can feel sure that if you stay at one of their properties and any thing is amiss it will be fixed promptly! The unit was in great shape and very nicely laid out for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook but lacked in storage for any food we bought or brought. Fridge was empty and clean and had ice trays. Nice touch...

'We arrived to a very clean and organized home. Everything was very well explained on the app and on the few things listed around the home. If staying here, check the notebook on the island for notes about the city and home and such, and leave your own! We had an amazing week! Extremely busy, given it was the week of a holiday, but the 4th of July fireworks were amazing and all the shops and such on the boardwalk were fantastic! Everything was very close too. We definitely plan to come back to...

'The room provided sufficient accommodations. I do think my family left the place cleaner than we found it. Kitchen items were unorganized and unclean. We took beach items out of the closet and cleaned them because they were covered in sand. There are stains on the cushions on chairs and couch. Carpets had fuzz balls. Closets are jumbled with clutter. My mom found dirty sponges under the sink. There was nothing new or clean to wash items in the kitchen sink. We could not find wash cloths or...

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
