It sleeps up to 6, with a feature stove in the living room, a long farmhouse-style dining table, a decked garden and 75 Mbps Wi-Fi, making it an easy base for race days, festivals, family visits and work stays alike.

LOCATION
The town centre's shops, restaurants and bars are about 10 minutes on foot, and Pittville Park, great for families and dog walks, is around 15 minutes away. The Pittville Pump Room hosts concerts and events, and Cheltenham Racecourse is about 2 miles away.

PARKING & ARRIVAL
• Free on-street parking for one vehicle in the Zone 15 permit area, with a digital permit we set up for you online, so there's no pass to display
• Just send us your vehicle registration by 9am on your arrival day, so everything is active and ready when you arrive
• Bringing a second car? Sherborne Place pay-and-display car park (GL52 2RS) is about a 7-minute walk
• Self check-in from 4pm with a key safe. Your code is sent on the morning of arrival once your Guestflow check-in is complete
• Check-out by 10am

GOOD TO KNOW
• Dogs are welcome, with no pet fee. Please let us know when you book, and ask us first if you'd like to bring two
• Longer stays include a housekeeping visit roughly every 10 to 14 days, and extra cleans can be arranged at any time for a fee
• Before you arrive, we'll email and text you a link to our Guestflow portal to sign our terms and add a card for the damage deposit, which is processed securely by Stripe:
◦ Stays of 1 to 6 nights: a £200 hold is placed on your card, plus a £5 non-refundable handling fee. The hold is not a charge and is released automatically after your stay
◦ Stays of 7 nights or more: a £200 refundable deposit is taken, plus a £10 non-refundable handling fee. Your deposit is refunded in full 3 to 5 days after check-out, once our team has checked the property
