'Don’t worry about the dirty exterior and it’s abandoned neighbours, the room itself is modern and clean, followed by friendly staff'

'Our room was very clean and quiet, just what we needed. The service staff was, without exception, polite and very helpful.'

'Sorry, but I have to say that this was not the five-star hotel experience I was expecting, especially considering the price we paid for our stay. The bathroom had a rather unpleasant smell of urine. When we reported this, the hotel took action and offered to change our room. However, as we had already unpacked and were only staying for two days, moving rooms was not really a practical option. The room itself was very dark, and the window overlooked some sort of strange pavement or rooftop,...

'The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the gym was nice, although it was temporarily closed for maintenance. I had planned to hike Mt. Halla, but it was pouring rain all weekend across Jeju Island, so I ended up spending most of my time in the room. Still, I had a relaxing stay in a cozy room.'

'Nice property with large villa style rooms.'

'The facility and conditions are good. The location is also good to reach any place.'

'We stayed for a night. During check in the staff at the front desk was helpful. The hall is quite dark and bit moldy smell. After a long day of traveling, we were ready to go to bed but that’s when we realized the duvet and pillow smelled very musty. We called the front desk for new bedding set but probably the only staff for the night was running around and took 45 mins to reach him. Two other bedding set smelled the same and finally we got a new one. Next morning the toilet clogged and a...
