Welcome home to our newly renovated 3BR/2 Bath fully furnished home located in Historic Downtown, Cleveland TN within walking distance to Lee University, Deer Park and the Greenway. The home is located 4 miles from Omega Center Church (OCI). Also located only 10 minutes from the Hiawassee River, B&B Marina and the Ocoee River. Convenient to I-75 with Chattanooga only 15 minutes away. Our home is fully furnished including all essential kitchen cookware/utensils, bath and bed linens. The luxurious bedding includes a King, Queen and two Double Beds.

What a wonderful place to stay. Layout is great… plenty of room for 5 adults and we’re very comfortable. Super clean, location is great. We enjoyed good food at local restaurants, then game nights at the table. Gas grill was a bonus for our steaks! Very responsive host. Definitely recommend this home.

The home was perfect for the 4 of us, all senior ladies with one dependent upon a walker. The house was pretty easy for the most elderly one with the walker to get inside with help. Everything we needed was provided. I will definitely stay again should I need to stay overnight again.

Home Away from Home

A wonderful place to stay with all the necessities of home. Cozy place to sleep and relax. Easy to login to our streaming platforms to unwind at the end of the day. The snacks, water, and coffee were a nice addition to the wonderful accommodations. Close to Chattanooga and the Ocoee, its is a prime location for comfort and exploring. We also enjoyed the park down the road, Deer Park, for our little ones. Thank you again for a relaxing, comforting place to stay on our vacation.

Our stay at this property was awesome! It was clean and extremely comfortable. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to Lee University. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place in a good location around Cleveland! Home away from home…

This updated home in the historic section of downtown Cleveland offered a relaxing and spacious alternative to hotel rooms and common space for our family to visit, relax, and celebrate a birthday. All amenities were provided and the back deck was a nice find to enjoy a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning. Houses nearby ranged from beautiful showplaces to those needing some TLC, but the neighborhood was quiet and we could get to all stores and shops in the town in just a few minutes by car.

A Perfect Vacation in Cleveland, TN

We have stayed at this property once previously and had a great experience. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5 and close to the Tri-County Exhibition Center, where we were attending a horse show. This booking had everything we remembered from our first stay. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and to the horse show! The house was very clean, with plenty of space for our family to make breakfast in the morning and relax in the early afternoon/late evening. The property had everything we needed! The communication with the owners from check-in to check-out was supurb and we did not experience any issues at all during our time at the rental. If you're planning a trip to Cleveland or the greater Chattanooga area, I would highly recommend this fantastic accommodation! We look forward to staying again on our next trip.
