'Was told the room would get a “light” service on Sunday morning but when I asked housekeeping for towels she told me we don’t get any service on Sundays. I just went ahead and swapped towels and made my own bed!'

'Fijn hotel met prima bed, volop gratis parkeergelegenheid, airco maakt enorm veel herrie en werkt niet goed. Gratis WiFi werkt prima. Ontbijt was voor $15,- pp veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. In een paar minuten ben je in Chatswood of Artarmon. Daar is volop keuze om te eten. '

Black mould around cornice and frame of window, toilet pedestal completely cracked in half across the bottom, towel hook snapped off from back of door and worst of all, hair in shower grate. These issues could be fixed with some old fashioned “elbow grease” and a trip to a hardware store. Lots of highway noise and the constant cutting in and out of the aircon unit below our room made...
