- Lake Levels: Lake Norman's water levels are managed by Duke Energy and can vary seasonally. We cannot guarantee a specific water depth at the dock.
- Booking Agreement: We reserve the right to cancel any booking if the reservation process (including ID upload, signed usage agreement, etc.) is not completed in a timely manner.
