Villa's in Charlotte

'Our group loved the area for this years annual golf trip. The neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of room for our 12 person group! The house is equipped with pool and hot tub and plenty of beds for many guests/kids as well. It’s also located very close to bars and restaurants which we ubered to each night. Loved the area and would definitely recommend a stay here.'

'Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The sleeping accommodations were perfect. All amenities were as described. The only issue was the temperature of the pool. It was a bit cold due to an issue with a bad heating element. Otherwise, everything was great.'

'The biggest challenge we had was no lights on when we arrived and dealing with getting a code since “Avant” computer didn’t assign us one. The agent didn’t speak English well who was assisting and was convinced we were at the wrong house because she had the wrong reservation she was looking at. We stood outside in the dark in cold rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the code. Place was well supplied. They had a complete set of kitchen pots/pans/anything you would need.
