'The house was nice and clean. Very nice place. The reservations did not say anything about not being able to have a boat there per HOA. However when i messaged the owner she was very prompt about messaging me back and sje worked it out for us. She was not aware the reservations did not specify no boats. 'I have stayed in Columbia many times before and I have to say this was my favorite property that I stayed in The host was quick to answer any questions, the house was amazing with everything you would need, it was also very clean and in a quiet nice neighborhood that was close to everything I would highly recommend it and will be staying there again soon '

'We absolutely loved our stay at Sunshine BnB! It was exactly as described in the listing. We had everything we needed and some things we didn't anticipate needing. Vanessa was super flexible when it came to requesting an early check in after driving all night. We were super appreciative! House was exactly like pictures, super clean and comfy. 'My family and I were in town for my brother's graduation from USC this past weekend and had a great stay at the Graymont Getaway. The house was perfectly located within great proximity to the university and stadium, stores, downtown, and other restaurants. The house was immaculate and provided a very comfortable and relaxing stay for all of us. There is parking for about 3 cars and there is a huge backyard with a deck. 'We stopped on our way to South Carolina for the night. It was in a great location - quiet neighborhood. The host was always available when we had questions - no matter how big or small. He had recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. He thought of everything from coffee station to toiletries you may have forgotten. In a good location to the highway. This is a great place to stay for the night or for an extended stay.'

'Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable furniture, great views of the lake and close to restaurants (south shore grocery and grill is new, 5 min anway, and so good!). We loved morning coffee on the balcony in very comfortable chairs. Ideal location to visit family in nearby Harbour Watch when they already have a house full! We will be back! '
