'Was peaceful and enjoyable stay. Staff was extremely helpful and was willing to assist with any special requests. There were activities at the resort that were suitable for all ages. The food was amazing and had large variety. Overall a great stay and will definitely come back'

'Very out dateded, ac unit froze up started leaking all over our stuff and then it started throwing ice chunks. We went to the front desk and they offered to switch rooms. We switched rooms and everything was fine other than the bed being rock hard and the bed sheets with a ton of stains. We ended up checking out early and they would not refund us the other night stay. This property is also not kid friendly nothing for kids to do. No up keep to this property very ran down. '

'This is a fantastic homestay location, and called "resort hotel in Thumboly" by some of the local auto drivers. I booked this on an impulse travel through hotels dot com website and fully enjoyed my stay. The owner (Mr. George) and the manager Mr. Shibu were prompt with communication and helpful. Mr. Shibu spoke to the auto driver via my phone call and guided him correctly. Google maps does a solid job too. Location is about 4ish km from Alappuzha railway station and about 2km from main...

'There was no spa. Internet did not work throughout the stay. Drinking water was provided in very limited quantity and we had to buy cans from outside which was cumbersome. At checkout, noone was available to collect keys. Flat is new, location is amazing.'
