'Na een gastvrije ontvangst werd ons alles gewezen in het huisje. Heerlijk Frans en sfeervol. Benedenverdieping met grote kamer/keuken. De slaapkamers en badkamer boven. Opgemaakte bedden en rulle handdoeken en washandjes lagen klaar. Geen gedoe met extra kosten, waarborg, enz. De eigenaar maakt samen met 2 collega's heerlijke biologische wijnen en brouwt bovendien 4 lekkere bieren. Kortom: wij komen nog eens terug, temeer daar de Loirestreek prachtig uitgezetten fietsroutes heeft.'

'Leuke lokatie als uitvalsbasis midden in het kastelen gebied. Alles is aanwezig, zelfs meer dan dat. Super U en bakker in de buurt, helaas niet op loop afstand, restaurant wel. Geweldige week had op het landgoed.'

'Beautiful place and people. Frederic is a wonderful host. He allowed early check in and attended to all of our needs. There are stairs to the bedrooms, he carried our luggage up and down. The property vastly exceeds the description and certainty our expectations. There are many châteaux and wineries. Frederic helped us with our itinerary. We would very much love to return.'

'We had an excellent stay at Ballan-Miré. The house is really nice and well furnished, including towels and tea towels, BBQ, outside seating etc. The beds were done on arrival which is really appreciated. The house was clean and a good size, with two large bathrooms. The garden is big and really nice and sunny. WiFi is working well. There is a large supermarket 5 min drive away. No shops at walking distance. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and discreet. Overall a very positive experience! '

'Très agréables'

'eerste indruk was negatief, zwervers in de straat, geen parkeerplaats zoals ze wel beloven bij de reservering. Auto wel eenvoudig betaald kunnen parkeren naast de zwervers die 's nachts ergens anders een slaapplaats hebben. receptie gaat pas om 17:00 uur open, dat past niet bij deze tijd! Zwembad en fitness zijn afgesloten als de receptie niet bemand is. Dit is waardeloos omdat de receptie zeer beperkte openingstijden heeft. Dus eerste indruk is slecht, achteraf toch een redelijke accomodatie....
