'Spacious and comfortable for 6 adults to relax indoors and out. Well supplied kitchen, which is good because you should plan to cook your meals. Restaurant scene in Chama is seeing some turnover. Only one cafe was open during our mid-week stay. Walking distance to the train station, which is well worth the visit. Forested area with elk and deer in and around the town. Beautiful country, I would come again. '

'Perfect location '

'Wonderful experience and very responsive (yet discreet) hosts. It was a bit hot in August, but closing the blinds during the sunny hours and putting a fan in open windows at night cooled it down enough for us. The creek is so nice, wildflowers and butterflies and birds, a breezy porch... We were sad to leave when it was over. Lots of board games, too, which our kids loved! A nice fire pit by the creek. Comfy beds, nice kitchen, great bathrooms. Neighbors didn't bother us -- I only saw them when...
