'Place was beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great. My only complaint was location. Not near anything walkable. Definitely need to rent a car to buy groceries or go to eat as taxis are very expensive and no restaurants near by.'

'Amazing Villa in Paradise! Great location, close to grocery store, restaurants and right on the oceanfront! Beautiful and clean, away from hustle and bustle, with great staff and security at night! Fresh towels daily, beach service, bar on site by the pool! Loved it and definitely plan to come back!!'

'This property was the perfect home base for our first family trip to Turks and Caicos. As stated in the listing the location can't be beat and it's in the heart of everything. We rented a car and parking is free and close but really having a car is not necessary. The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Leola did a great job orienting us and checking us in. The unit is on the 3rd floor which was fine with us but if you struggle going up and down stairs that might be a downside....

'My husband and I booked last minute for a quick getaway! The condo was clean and close to everything. We did rent a car to get around but you can walk to multiple restaurants and Smiths Reef from the condo. Great little spot to stay and explore what the island has to offer. Would definitely stay again! '

'This is an exceptional unit right on the beach! There is daily housekeeping, and all of the amenities that you would expect in a hotel. The host was gracious and responsive to any of our questions. We had an amazing vacation and would recommend this unit unconditionally. '

'The check-in was the beginning of our amazing stay. Our plane was delayed and we didn’t get in until 1 o’clock. Catherine made sure the car was waiting for us at the airport got us there, she was there to help us check in, and she even had left us some snacks. Which, given the very late delay on the flight and everything being closed by the time we landed was a godsend. The unit itself is exactly as described and the location is wonderful! We would definitely stay in this unit again.'

The location is fantastic - beautiful beach, and in the heart of town - close to lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Juliet and John were perfect hosts. We were sad to leave, and hope to return.
