'Excellent hotel. Extremely courteous staff. Fast check in. Extremely nice room that was very clean in bed was awesome. There was road construction next to the hotel. However, I’m sure that will be over quickly.'

'Great atmosphere, unique aesthetic (including the long six-story chandelier in the stairwell and the incredible stained glass wall in the Tudor Room). Nice to be downtown, near the free tram, with easy access to Broadway Blvd. Wonderful valet staff for car parking/retrieval. Construction all over the place around the hotel, but that's not their fault. '

'The staff at this Ambassador Hotel was very engaging. They warmly greeted us each time we passed through the lobby and were very efficient checking in a large group of people ahead of us. Truly set the tone of the stay. We were glad to get a room with a view and there is true value in a nice bathroom in the room when out of town. A short walk to power and light district and other event centers. This room fulfilled the very things we were looking for on stay for our day trip to Kansas City. '
