'The rooms and the stay was impeccable! It truly went above my expectations, I was only there for one night but really was excellent. One note I would be wary about is using their “affiliate partner” taxi service who they recommended to get me to Karakol. He is maybe not the best person for English speaking tourists who are unfamiliar with the country to coordinate transport with. I had issues with my bank card when I first arrived and he had not appropriately addressed the situation to help me...

'This hotel is modern, well maintained and staff is very friendly. The value for money is very good, a European style hotel in Kyrgyzstan is rare and especially in this price range. The only obvious disadvantage is the location. While the hotel does provide a free shuttle, it might not be the best place to stay if you need fast access to the city centre.'

'First thing you must know if you book this hotel that it only has 2 floors and there is no elevator; the room was spacious but I found the toilet dirty it was not clean when I arrived i let know in reception about this issue, the staff was helpful'

'5 stars is only thanks to the hotel manager Noorai who went above and beyond to recrify our issues in service from the hotel. When I say service I mean the restaurant, cleaners and room service. Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira. The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant. Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please...

'The stay was OK, but I think I could have booked a better hotel for this price. The room was very noisy as it was towards the street and window isolation was not great. Lot of noise from the street during the night, which made sleep difficult. Also due to the isolation issue and heating not working properly, the room was pretty cold.
