« I had booked a double room for two nights, paying a higher rate than for a twin room. However, upon arrival, I was given a twin room and informed that no double rooms were available. One staff member was helpful and tried to assist (he also acted as a translator), but the manager was in a bad mood/frustrated and unwilling to refund the price difference. Based on this poor customer experience, I would not recommend the hotel and go in one that cares more about their customers. »

« Hôtel très bien situé avec des transferts fiables pour l’aéroport compris dans le prix. Excellent petit déjeuner et personnel sympathique. Nous avions une chambre avec un grand lit et un sofabed pour 4 personnes. Le lit est confortable. »

« Excellent. Arrived very early and was able to check in 10 hours before check in. Great breakfast till 11 am. Friendly English speaking staff. Spacious room. »

« Très bon séjour. Personnel sympa et prévenant. On n’avait pas eu nos bagages à l’aéroport, ils ont téléphoné pour nous. Là piscine ouverte le soir est un régal après les chaudes journées de visite. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. L’hôtel est très bien situé à 15 min à pieds des principaux centres d’intérêt de la vile. »

« An hostel very well located and super clean. We had a double room with large dressing. Staff is super friendly and very helpfull ! Definitly a good adress in the area. Negative point : wall are thin so you can easily hear your neighbourg talking or high heels in the coridor »
