Killington Studio: Location! Location! 323

Our Killington studio is a great place to stay whether you're in the area to ski, mountain bike, hike, antique, taste beers, kayak, explore or just relax. This newly remodeled hotel room-style condo will sleep up to four people in two comfy queen beds. As you relax, watch cable or Netflix on the large smart TV. We also have a mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig and coffee maker. The full bathroom features a tub and shower. Just outside is the heated pool (open late-June to mid-September). You'll love it! (NOTE: This is a hotel-room style unit featuring one room and bathroom. There is no kitchen.)

Our hotel-room style condo sleeps four people in two queen beds and features a full bathroom with shower/tub. We're also smack dab in the middle of the Killington access road which means you're close to all the activity - bars, shops, restaurants - and only 2 miles to the mountain. You can walk to breakfast and catch the shuttle bus to the mountain just outside the building.

• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
