« The biggest issue was all the stairs. Nowhere in the description did we see there is a flight of stairs to the main floor and another flight to the bedrooms. I would not have booked the condo if I was aware of that. My spouse is disabled and I'm in recovery from a back procedure. It was very uncomfortable for us. « Some cleaning misses: 3rd drawer down in kitchen and behind the couch and scattered areas of the carpet. Heavy comforters too much for old ladies. A few extra blankets would have helped. Right kitchen sink drained slowly and the freezer couldn’t get ice cream above soft serve. Needs a better selection of nonstick pans or better scrubbing utensils. Great Location!! Thanks. »

« The apartment was very much as described - modern and clean with comfortable beds. The property is conveniently located near Old Town Florence.. There were lots of thoughtful touches throughout and communication with the host was easy and positive. I would highly recommend this property for a vacation spot in Florence. »
