'If you are wanting a nice clean cute stay at a place in Florence, do not book this spot. My partner and I were super excited about this spot. When we showed up it was the complete opposite of what the listing shows. It was so difficult to find the place that I had to ask where it was. The people who helped had no clue what we were talking about and thought it was an old shed that wasn’t in use. There was no clear entrance and no parking. When we walked inside it was nothing like the pictures....

The property was so conveniently located to dining and shopping. The was extremely clean, extremely comfy, and extremely stocked with anything you could possible think of to make your stay perfect! 'This establishment was beyond our wildest dreams. We aren't the best at planning trips but my fiancées birthday was this weekend and Fairly was an amazing host and super considerate and effective communicator. Any questions we had she was on it almost immediately. Definitely will book again, wonderful experience!'

'Bathroom is microscopic. Not accessible for bigger bodied guests. Sink is creatively but poorly repaired.Furniture and carpet are old (vintage) and questionable cleanliness, but still warm and cozy.Big bed (queen) is very springy but smaller (full) bed was soft. Great communication.'

'The cottage was cute and cozy. We especially like the gas fireplace. Location was also excellent!Although the neighborhood was quiet, the refrigerator was very noisy. Recommend earplugs. The water heater was not warm enough. Although the home was equipped with the starter package and there was a keurig, there was no coffee or coffee pods. Remember to bring your own coffee. And dish strainer for cleanup.Overall, very nice place.'
