Cypress Cottage: Fabulous and Serene in Nye Beach

Adorable newer apartment in Nye Beach 3 blocks from the ocean! 5 minute stroll to shops, restaurants, and the beach. This bright and secluded apartment is fully furnished with new furniture and has a private entrance. Bathroom and kitchenette downstairs with queen bed, loveseat, closet with shelves, and bistro set upstairs. Windows on all sides with a view of the ocean out the west. Cathedral ceilings and very private on a quiet corner. Feels like you are in a tree house. WiFi included.

The space:
Cypress Cottage sits on a peaceful corner with gravel roads. The house has cedar shingles and bright turquoise doors. A spectacular 100+ year old Spanish Cypress adorns the property.

You enter the mud room complete with coat hooks, shoe cubbies, chairs, and a basket full of fun ideas and brochures of Things To Do in our region. You will most likely be greeted by my adorable black kitty, Willard.

Directly across the entry door is your apartment. You enter into the fully stocked kitchenette with the bathroom off to the side. To your left are the stairs that lead to the living space with cathedral ceilings, windows on all 4 sides, queen size bed, loveseat, coffee table, reading light, Smart Tv with Roku and a fully articulating arm, closet with hangers and built in shelves, extra pillows, blankets, and comforter, weighted blanket, full length mirror, TV tables, tower fan, iron/board, and vacuum.

Enjoy the ambience of the salt lamp, wall sconces, and diffuser supplied with dōTERRA essential oils.

*Note: There is no water upstairs. The bathroom and kitchenette are on the first floor.

Guest access:
Parking is abundant and free in my neighborhood. You have a designated parking space in the driveway directly in front of the apartment. Please be careful when parking and do not hit the potted flowers in front of the house. There is actually 22 feet of driveway FROM THE FLOWER POTS TO THE STREET: 17 feet of driveway and another 5 feet to the unpaved single lane road. Plenty of space for your car/truck/SUV.
You can walk or ride your bike to the beach and all around town. Almost everything is within a 5 minute car drive-grocery store, the Bayfront, movie theater, aquarium, etc.

My favorite hidden path to the beach is right around the corner from my place. It is a tree lined wooded path along Nye Creek the starts on Nye Street across from the Betty Wheeler Baseball fields and ends at the Sam Moore Parkway with a kids playground and the skate park. From there you are a 1/2 block to Nye Beach shops and the ocean. *Check out the map at the top of the stairs. Enjoy!

I wanted to create a bright and beautiful space to offer to my guests here at Cypress Cottage. I believe in health and wellness and that extends to the dōTERRA and all natural hand wash, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, diffuser and essential oils, dish soap, and cleaning supplies....all of which are completely 100% natural, pure, and non-toxic.

If you are booking a stay Monday -Thursday and would like to schedule a massage appointment, just let me know. I am currently booked out about 3 months and my office is located 5 minutes from the apartment.

I am an animal lover! I am blessed to be a companion to a gorgeous kitty named Willard, who will most likely come up to greet you at some point during your stay. Because of my companion and that there is no access to the yard and the apartment is not set up for animals, NO ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. There is a $500/night extra charge for any pets brought onto the property. Thank you so much for understanding and respecting this house rule.

I also adore children, and due to safety reasons and city limit restrictions, my space is not available to them. It is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or kids at all. There is no baby gate at the stairs, covers on the plugs, or other safety precautions for children. FOR SAFETY REASONS AND CITY LIMIT RESTRICTIONS , THE APARTMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO 2 ADULTS. There is a $500/night extra charge per additional guest. Thank you
