'Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. 'Clean and comfortable home with all amenities you need and that exceeds expectations. View from deck is breathtaking and beach is stunning. You can walk for miles and barely see anyone else. Also short walk to Tippys for cocktails and food. Pool great too. Sun and shade all day long. Communications great and check-in easy. Would love to come back again.'

'What an idyllic piece of paradise! The lovely home with its gorgeous views and refreshing breezes was pristinely clean thanks to Linda! We loved the breezy porch surrounded with coconut trees with glimpses of the aqua colored waters. The house appeared recently painted and updated. It was well outfitted and included snorkeling gear as well. The beach was deserted and the water entrance sandier than some with great snorkeling. It’s one of those places you wish you could stay at forever. We will...

'Snorkeling, stars and sunsets! This place has it all. Waves and fluffy pink sand for my kid and really great snorkeling for me. Sunrise from the deck, and sunset from the heated pool. Walk on the beach under moonlight and stars to 2 very tasty restaurants. House was super comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed, plus was close to town for groceries and what not. Can’t wait to return!'

The beach just down from the house is absolutely beautiful and it might as well be listed as your own private beach as it is extremely secluded. The house is amazing and well laid out with fantastic views. I highly recommend this property.'

'The stay was not good at all. Nobody at check in or ever and our room wasn’t clean. We had to take another casita that was somewhat cleaner and my wife had to clean it. The main kitchen was a mess with dirty dishes that were never cleaned for the two days we were there. The next day another couple checked in and nobody to greet them. in addition, many rat droppings and tons of ants around the property. The beach and location was outstanding, that’s about it. I would definitely not recommend this...

'We enjoyed our stay at Sundowner Villa. The house was clean and very well appointed. The host’s description was accurate, we only needed the air conditioning on very calm days. We enjoyed using the kayaks on Savannah Sound. There are several bonefish flats adjacent to the island, and the Bonefishing was good. Local restaurants and a grocery store made our stay very comfortable. We hope the hosts will let us rent their VRBO again. We definitely will return.'
