'Newly renovated, clean and well maintained.'

'Wonderful and welcoming "old school" motel on the Rockport/Rockland border. Beautiful trees and greenery insulate the property from the road noise of Route 1. Our room had a back porch looking out on trees and flowers. Friendly staff welcomed us, and greeted us again for our free and delicious breakfast on the breezy cool porch of the main house. My wife and I will stay here again on our next trip to Maine. Five Stars!'

'The bed was very comfy. The pool was beautiful- loved the New England decor/ breakfast included is always a great thing and the staff was excellent.'

'The air conditioning unit has a stale smell. thankfully we went on nights that were cool so we switched off the air-conditioning and kept the windows open. I would never be able to stay in this room if I had to keep the heat or the AC on because of the smell that it emanates. I mentioned to the hotel staff and they’re supposed to call me back, but no one has Also, the room look much better in the pictures than they actually are'

'Room was clean upon arrival. Bathroom had a urine smell that was unpleasant, although the motel was recently renovated. The room was loud due to traffic and the A/C unit was blasting when on. This was the most uncomfortable thing. I slept with headphones and my children used earbuds. Overall we had a ok stay.'
