'Our room was a partial ocean view. Room was beautiful when you walk in and the grounds are impeccable. In the evening We turned on the fireplace and it didn’t work. It was fixed the next day but when we went to use it, it only stayed on a few minutes and turned off. not even meeting the temperature it was set too. Our room had only cold water all of a Sudden and tub didn’t work Also had ants in the bathroom. This was our second time at resort. If it was our first visit we wouldn’t have gone...

'This was NOT the 5 star experience we had hoped for... Only one of our rooms was ready when we arrived and we were sent to a room that did not exist. We found a nice employee on a golf cart who helped us hunt down the correct room after multiple radio calls to the front desk. When we came back 3 hours later to try check into the second room, we were told that the reservation was not available for another 30 days. We were like - what the heck?
