'Friendly and very helpful host. Accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The optional breakfast is tasty and substantial, which is a big hit with me, and definitely worth paying the extra for. Nice new flooring and carpets throughout. My room was clean but could use an electric socket near the bed (I have advised host on this). Bedside lamps were battery only and ran out of power when I went out for a long evening. This might be only an issue in one room however. Runway is very handy...

'Hotel lag in een troosteloze straat maar wel vlakbij de boulevard. De gemeenschappelijke ruimtes waren typisch Engels en gedateerd maar wel sfeervol. Onze kamer was klein, zeer sober en ook gedateerd. Het Engelse ontbijt was wel prima. Dat maakte veel goed. En het personeel was aardig.'

'the staff were lovely but on arrival we got put in the wrong room we got put in a single when i paid for a double. I showed my booking to the man working there and he didn’t take any notice of it so then i had to message the manager and he sorted it out straight away he was very nice.
