'Hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely clean room and comfy bed. Close to everything and very quite. Will definitely stay again'

'Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.'

'De persoonlijke touch van de gastheren is echt uitmuntend. Zelfs kinderen die vermaakt werden tijdens het ontbijt heb ik nog nooit eerder gezien. Dit is echt een leuke typisch Engels hotel.'

'This was a nice B&B with comfortable, clean bedrooms, friendly staff and in a good location. They don't offer a cooked breakfast but there were plenty of cold options.'

'Nice place, great price and location with very friendly host.'

'Alles positief. Lief, behulpzaam personeel. Een prachtig hotel met oude grandeur. Heerlijk ontbijt en mogelijkheid tot heerlijk dineren. Leuk entertanment en een gezellige bar. Een fantastisch verblijf om Blackpool te ontdekken.'

'Good location and a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was modern as was room and furnishings. Unfortunately no milks or coffees provided. The mugs were not particularly clean. The shower gel needed to be refilled. Small things but a bit of a pain! Hence the lower score.'

'All perfect and very fair price'

'A nice place to stay in a convenient location - easy access to several of Blackpool’s attractions + bars and food outlets in abundance within walking distance - the staff made us feel very welcome.'

'Excellent room and facilities, great location.'

'I arrived very early but communicated with staff at the hotel and was able to access the room before check in time to drop bags and refresh after a drive. I was very grateful for that! Location is very central. Room was basic but had everything I required for one night. I'd stay here again. Very good value.'

'Zeer bijzondere locatie vlak bij de zee. Geweldig ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en correct personeel. Enkel de kussens in de bedden zijn oncomfortabel en het enige minpuntje aan ons verblijf. Wat een prachtig gebouw!'

'Vriendelijk personeel'

'I'm not one to complain but just a heads up they charge 10 pounds a day to park charged when you first check in, Also there was no shower gel in the dispenser in the bathroom No option of breakfast when checked in,bar was not open and there was no price list either but they checked us in early on arrival'

'The hotel was fine. It is located 10 minutes walk from the North Pier. My only quibble would be that the room was a smaller one than we had previously been given, which was about disappointing. They also need to have more power sockets near the bed'

'Lovely little get away for the family lovely staff xx'
