'We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.'

'This hotel is gorgeous! It’s almost 100 years old with a rich history and gorgeous art deco style architecture. With that said, it’s almost 100 years old - I stayed there on one of the hottest days of the year on one of the highest floors and the room was warm and kind of muggy, tolerable but not as comfortable as I’d hope. The location was excellent and walking distance to so many spots. Definitely a great value for the price'

'Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait.
Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.'

'The property as a whole “looked” nice and clean. However the room I had had me questioning the cleanliness. The were the small things in the room had attention to detail been paid it would’ve been caught. There were things missing that also lead me to question the remote was gone, no cups, and the curtains were not functioning. All these things were corrected but had the job been done right and attention to detail was minded these things wouldn’t have been missed.'

'Convinient walkable location but no parking on site unless you vallet. Also no breakfast restaurant onsite, they have a nice coffee shop with to grab breakfast options. But i wish they had a proper order to cook sit down restaurant for breakfast.
Room was big and spacious. Gym was good.

'The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. My reason for not rating it 5 stars is that the breakfast options are a bit limited. They tasted good however. Also, my room was not cleaned even though my booking was for 2 nights.'

'The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying.
The apartment was in the basement and the three small windows really didn't help...

'Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.'
