'Over very nice'

'Stayed in Room 117. There was mold on the bathroom wall, rusted light fixtures, a few non-working outlets, & etc. The room also had a slight smell. Being that a concert was in town & most hotels were sold out or overbooked, we stayed to avoid the 2+ hour drive back home later that evening. I voiced my concerns to the clerk & their "text service" upon which I received no response from management. It's been 48 hours at this point.'

'The space was large, open, and the couch was extremely comfortable and cozy. It was perfect for my visit with my son, and allowing pets was definitely a perk. Would stay here again next time in Philadelphia. Very pleased customer'
