« Déception »

« Stayed in Room 117. There was mold on the bathroom wall, rusted light fixtures, a few non-working outlets, & etc. The room also had a slight smell. Being that a concert was in town & most hotels were sold out or overbooked, we stayed to avoid the 2+ hour drive back home later that evening. I voiced my concerns to the clerk & their "text service" upon which I received no response from management. It's been 48 hours at this point. »

« The space was large, open, and the couch was extremely comfortable and cozy. It was perfect for my visit with my son, and allowing pets was definitely a perk. Would stay here again next time in Philadelphia. Very pleased customer »

« Way too much noise ! No respect from neighboring room. Kids running and screaming for hours, up and down the whole downstairs. Beautiful view, Food was good and priced right. »
