'Check-in was flawless including a request to enter an hour prior to formal check-in so that we could facilitate the rental boat delivery. Kitchen was great. Sound system, entertainment area in the basement, dock facilities ... all fantastic. We had a couple of unique challenges that were addressed by the Owner with urgency and completed. Kitchen drains stopped up completely ... from the analysis from years of buildup. Hot tub overflowed and seals were not in place ... from advanced rain and...
