'Host kept raising price after trip was paid and accepted. Host locked all doors with key so it was a fire hazard. Host wouldn’t allow control of the thermostats and we froze the first night. 'My communication with Mrs. Keisha at the beginning was perfectly fine. It was once we both found out that dogs were brought onto the property that it became messy. She told me that the pets were fine and would allow the pets, WITHOUT an extra fee. Then she went back on her word and is now trying to get money she said she would not charge.
