'This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.'

I think the reason I am taking a 4/5 is because the house was not as clean as I would have expected and they had snacks in a basket for guest but they were expired in 2024, so a little bit more of attention to those details and this place would be a 5/5.
