Flats in Centraal-Colorado

'Enjoyed our stay. Host was exceptional!'

'Perfect.'

'Great place to stay with our small children. The whole process was smooth and the place was very well maintained. Definitely recommend!'

'Clean and comfortable. Host responded in a timely manner.Enjoyed our stay. Wish it could have been longer.'

'One of the best stays I’ve had in a while. Everything was perfect and hope to rent there again.'

'This condo is an absolute gem! The location is an easy walk to downtown, only about 1/2 mile away. It's literally right next to the Fall River, where you can hear the water rushing by. Having dinner on the deck was a delight. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need if you like to cook, including decent knives. So many places provide cheap knives that are dull and practically unusable. THANK YOU! Our host, Trent, was great! He even reminded us about the requirement for timed...

'This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

'The property was great for a quick getaway! Conveniently located to recreational center and downtown.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff is always friendly and the lodging is exactly what we were looking for.'

'Always love staying at the property and this was our first time staying in this until! The unit was very conveniently located and had everything we could possibly need! The communication with the host was excellent! Wish we had been able to stay longer!! '

'I did appreciate that there were 2 bathrooms. That was very nice. However, both bathrooms had mold and I did not like that one bit. Everything else was great. Two fireplaces and able to cook in the kitchenette. I would have liked it if the refrigerator had a bigger freezer. Overall we did enjoy our stay.'

'Very spacious! I don’t usually trust the online photos, but these are accurate. The downstairs suite has a king bed and a bunk bed plus a spacious bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Only complaint was the bed was so comfy, it was hard to make ourselves get up in the morning! We had a great time & easily made a nice dinner with our extended family. Fireplaces and balcony were big pluses. Quiet & clean. Great decor & attention to detail.'

'Feel for the price of what we paid need to modernize the location.... oven could barely hold a small pizza .... we had to move the TV to the other room for the kiddo at 1800 for 4 days these little details do make or break the overall experience of the trip. The good, the bed was comfortable and nice to come back to from a long day of hiking the park..... location is about 5 mins from down town .... amazing views at dawn and dusk where we would sit on the patio before starting the day or ending...

'This condo was the perfect spot to stay for our Rocky Mountain National Park vacation. We spent five days in the park, and being so close made it easy to get there for early morning timed entry tickets! The view from the balcony was outstanding- I spent most of my time at the condo sitting out there. Downtown Estes Park is close enough to make getting there a breeze, while being removed from the throngs of people in a quiet haven. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest while we were there,...

'Cleaning was over priced we had to leave towels in dryer. Coffee maker had dirty filter left in it. Patio window dirty! Dining table dirty! Paper towel dirty on top, no recycling. Pillows flat!!! Had to find dumpster to remove all garbage before leaving. Batteries dead in remote and clock!! No smoking and we smelt pot smoke in hallway! No pets and got woke up by barking dog!!'

'Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!'
