'Great'

'Everything was clean and nice. We expected two bedrooms and it was only one bedroom with a Murphy bed. That'

'Everything is perfect and we love it. The spa is very nice and cleaned. Thank you!'

'Hot tub and inside areas were very clean. Took some time to get used to the loft stairs since they were a bit steep, but sturdy. Felt secluded without being too far out of the way. Great views of the forest.'

'Lovely ambiance and comfortable accommodations. 20 minute scenic drive to historic Idaho Springs area with restaurants & shopping. Would stay again!'

'We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). 'Fabulous place with a stunning view of the mountains and a creek in the backyard! Haydee was delightful and fun to chat with while she was gardening around the beautiful property. The accommodations were extremely well-maintained and furnished with thoughtful attention to every detail. Highly recommend!'

'Enjoyed our stay in this well equipped, clean and comfy chalet. Everything was great except for Dish cable/tv reception.'

'Amazing property, beautiful stream. Only issue was one bathroom.'

'We had an amazing time staying here. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we (family of 9) needed. The property is well maintained, gorgeous views (saw wildlife right outside the balcony). Close vicinity to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We went to Cave of the winds mountain park, Rafting on the Arkansas river, Hiking and to the top of Pikes Peak all attractions within driving distance. Andrew was an outstanding host, answering any...

'The challets are incredible and yes my fur babies got to hang out with me Julian was very occamodating even offered late check out but we had to get back to reality as always to soon plenty of room for my entire family and visitors from back home. We all agreed we love it here and plan to come back as often as we can. From the fire place to the private hot tub and the star lit skies we love it. Thanks for everything Julian. See you guys again soon'

'Perfectly described. Peaceful tranquility. Gorgeous views'

'As soon as we arrived we saw that The kitchen sink was clogged with bad smell. We could not use the kitchen for dinner that night and had to struggle finding outside food with children traveling. Although the host arranged for the fix after 5 hrs , it was not a good experience we had. Even with Vrbo engaged in, the Host denied any compensation for the inconvenience caused.Rest all of the stay is good.Hope the host avoids these situations going forward.'

'We have stayed here before and will keep coming back. Looking forward to next summer.'

'The host was rude and is trying to charge me for a couch she says is "destroyed" after I informed her the futon was damaged when I arrived'

'Great place to stay with a pet in Summit County. There is an additional fee for a pet but it is reasonable. Really enjoyed the tiny home, now I want to buy one...'
