'We had a great stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Downtown Tuscaloosa! The location was perfect, especially if you’re visiting the University of Alabama. Being just minutes from campus made it incredibly convenient for everything we had planned. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. 'Our Rooms weren't ready for checkin, the staff told us it would be 30 min. 2 1/2 hrs later the room still isn't ready and it was too late to find another hotel. I had to get dressed in the lobbys bathroom for a concert along with many others whose rooms weren't ready . We were all paying for a room we weren't allowed to use when we desperately needed to. The staff offered no compensation ,discount or assurance, merely shrugged their shoulders. '
