« No way does this deserve a 10/10 rating. It’s fairly terrible and not deserving such a favorable rating. The pluses - great location, right on the lake. Adirondacks at sunset was heavenly. Super convenient. Wolfeboro is very cute. The shower has been nicely redone. The in-unit washer/dryer worked well and was very convenient. But the negatives are many. « Good location with clean and comfortable beds. Thx! »

« Leaking shower not very hot water. Uncomfotable footons. Fridge had food in it.no lights to get up the stairs. »

« Great location, specially for concerts or enjoying the beach. Some road noise. »

« Perfect location, 5-10 minute walk to Weir’s Beach and everything around. Perfect place to stay for the holiday weekend. The pool was nice to cool off. Clean and organized space. Would stay again! »

« Condo was very clean, rooms her good sized, each having a separate bathroom was ideal. Also centrally located for attending Laconia bike week. About 4 miles from Weirs beach, walking distance to Cumberland Farms. The host, Margaret, was exceptional. Would highly recommend. »

« I liked that it was close to the pavilion and had a nice view. The property looked nice for early season. It was loud this weekend due to bike week. I had a small issue with the entry as I didn’t see at first the electronic key pad and was trying to open the master lock key box. As I was only able to communicate by e mail there was no short term communication help available »
